About saffronpea… and why you should work with me
Once there was a girl whose nickname was Saffy, after the competent, self-assured – okay, maybe slightly bossy – teenage daughter from the legendary Absolutely Fabulous. Having gained over 20 years’ experience in marketing communications, Saffy decided the time had come to take her creativity to a wider audience – and saffronpea was born.
I’m Sara Pearce – an experienced marketer with a can-do attitude and a creative, tenacious approach. I’ve worked with premium businesses around the world. My international focus means I understand the challenges faced by companies working across borders, or trying to break in to the competitive UK market.
I set up saffronpea in 2015 to share my vision, skills and innovative approach with interior design and architectural businesses in the UK, Europe and beyond.
International experience
I’ve travelled far and wide during my career. Most recently I was responsible for social media management and email marketing at the headquarters of luxury Swiss bathroom design brand, Laufen. Before that, I was marketing manager in the company’s export department, dealing with customers in the middle east, south America, Africa, and parts of southern Europe.
Designing and managing events in Dubai, South Africa, and Cyprus gave me a solid grasp of the cultural requirements of many countries, while a previous role for US company, Southco, involved organising trade shows around Europe.
I’ve managed international e-newsletters – including local language versions – from content curation to production, and handled special assignments for Global Projects Team including Sleep and the Gem Room at designjunction during London Design Festival 2015.
I know how to get the attention of the architecture and interior design community, and I can share my secrets with you. What’s more, I have the commercial and analytical skills to prove that marketing gets results – helping you to achieve both your business goals and sales targets.
